SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping cost is $5.99 FLAT RATE. Tracking is included. Shipments are not insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our turnaround time is 1-2 business days. If there is any delay, we do our best to contact you. All PREORDER items take up to 8 weeks to ship to you. If you have to make changes to your order, please email us at daisyblissbtq@gmail.com.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be returned with 14 days from delivery date in order to receive a refund. Returns made after 14 days, will be store credit only. Please contact us before sending your return. Exact shipping cost for a return will come out of customer’s refund amount. We will email your shipping label for returns with the provided customer email. Accessories and Sale items are all FINAL SALE. If you believe your item is defective, you have 24 hours to contact us with the issue. WE CANNOT REPLACE OR REFUND DAMAGED GOODS AFTER 30 DAY PERIOD. Excessive returns will result in 10% restocking fee. Any other concerns or questions can be sent to us via email daisyblissbtq@gmail.com

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. Our inventory moves quickly and we cannot guarantee items will be available for exchange. The best way to exchange is by sending unwanted item back for refund within 14 days of receiving, then ordering the correct item in the meantime. 

CANCELLING ORDERS

Any order can be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering. After that, you will need to wait until your item arrives to you, to decide whether you’d like to return. IF YOUR PREORDER TAKES LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS YOU CAN CANCEL ON THE 8 WEEK MARK. We value our customer satisfaction and if waiting is an issue, we allow cancellations for preorders at that 8 week mark. NO EXCEPTIONS.
